Nine full-day and half-day itineraries are being prepared across the 133 geosites of the territory, including the Lourinhã dinosaur sites.

The Global Geoparks Network confirmed Oeste UNESCO Global Geopark as host of the 12th International Conference, to be held at ExpoTorres.

Recognised as a UNESCO Global Geopark after a journey that began in 2017, the territory now welcomes the world's geoparks community as a confirmed host.
